Please ask , ask me , ask someone ,ask anyone .Once again drugs and alcohol abuse took several people away.Within the last year between friends and relatives, to many have passed on.I put myself out there to chat if you need me .Drugs,anxiety,depression,stress,loneliness,Asksomeone please.Im not going to judge or misuse anything.I don’t care if you ask everyday I will not think you are creepy if you need an ear.Its just now I seen to much and am sad about it.Yes this is not the best blog I have written , but I just begging you to ask.
Mental Illness and substance abuse are definitely things that people should be reaching out about. I hope that people know that they don’t have to suffer alone.. although, I know that there are too many people that son’t know how to put their feelings into words, or they think that there is no one that will understand. There are probably more out there that would understand than they know, if they would only reach out to find out. I hope your plea is heard.

And yes I have done that to a few of my blogging friends when something has happened,, they have always been very understanding. And I thank god that people are able to listen and help…
