This is my grandmother who is now 99 years old,,Snd at her age she has not slowed down ,she bowls twice a week and can keep up with us young ones .And yet she only sleeps 4 hours a night and in no way keeps track what she eats .. she has never had surgery or major Illness, remarkable woman ,,
She looks fantastic
God bless her. My grandma is 92 years of age and she still has her wits about her.
