This little wine Rack project , is an easy to do project..As you can see in the first pic it was just dark  and dingy.,

First thing was to disassemble the Rack .Next step is to lightly sand  the wood sides and the metal bottle holders..The wood ends I decided to give them a crackle finish using a crackle medium ..over a base color of your choice..After you decide on top color over crackle medium you will get the look as seen,,((just decide on what specific shabby colors you want, to go with your decor..The metal parts I just prayed them with good quality paint from local hardware store..Once all parts are ready and reassembled spray entire rack with poly finish to prevent scuffing from bottles..Just easy little transformation idea
