This was a little project for a customer..this is what the ceiling looked before. The gray wash finish..Tge customer wanted a wash finish to hide the yellow color of wood .but they wanted the grain if to still show thru..To achieve this finish a normal wiping stain would not work ,, therefor I used a solid body fence stain..Intried several various application process of differ thinning of material.. since we did not want a solid finish I cut the paint 50 percent with water.. Applied first coat with out wiping..This application required a second coat also thinned 50 percent ..this is look after 2 coats.. Is little hard to see but the training does come thru..thanks for looking
